Ammonia is a strong cleaner, and is very good at removing blood stains.Â However you should always test this method on a small discrete part of the fabric before you begin, as ammonia can take the colour out of fabrics which are not colourfast.

- Cold Water
- White Paper Towels
How To Make The Ammonia Solution
Mix 1 part ammonia to 3 parts water.
- Pour some onto the stain and gently rub to work the solution into it.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Blot the stain with white paper towels.
- Repeat if necessary.
